This video shows a Wizard and Barbarian doing the Skeleton King quest on the Inferno difficulty. While playing through the cathedral, they discuss their skill builds and 2 person strategy for inferno mode.

They also mention that the elites and champions tend to be more difficult than the boss fights, and even fight a group of elites in the video. Although they’re probably over-geared for Act 1, it’s still an interesting look at the inferno difficulty and potential wizard/barbarian strategies:
